Electrical Installation
Benchmark executes electrical work in a residential, commercial and industrial setting, with widely varying hours and working conditions, depending on the main contractor/client/employer and their specific job description. We focus on either constructions and/or maintenance. Once engaged to contract works.
Our responsibilities include:
- Different tasks, in areas that include customer service and administrative work, installation and maintenance. We focus on either constructions and/or maintenance.
Once engaged to contract works, our responsibilities include:
- Different tasks, in areas that include customer service and administrative work, installation and maintenance.
Customer service and administrative work often includes:
- contacting customers,
- scheduling appointments and completing regulatory requirements, such as KAHRAMAA permit applications
- and periodic coordination with KAHRAMAA during the course of execution of new project that facilitate to KAHRAMAA planning, installation & consumer sections inspections and transmission cable laying and Kw/hr meter fixing and finally energizing of new premises.
- Our successfully completed works warranty 365 – 400 days against faulty materials and bad workmanship
Construction duties include:
- surface and/or concealed bending conduit,
- laying conduits and its accessories,
- stringing wires,
- fixing distribution boards;
- dressing the cables
- and fixing miniature circuit breakers within,
- fixing of Sub-Mains and Main switchboard,
- fixing cable trunk and trays,
- fixing over ground and laying underground cables,
- fixing final accessories such as switches & sockets,
- lighting fixtures and chandeliers and machineries.
- Testing, measuring and finally energizing premises with KAHRAMAA engineering team.
Maintenance duties include:
- inspecting electrical equipment,
- replacing worn parts and repairing complex devices.
- Electrical Code: KAHRAMAA has a code of practice which is strictly based on knowledge of codes and regulations and passing an examination.
